The Opportunity:
Our client, a leading company in the global entertainment industry, is looking for an experienced Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a cutting-edge company that consistently pushes the boundaries of entertainment. As an Analyst in the Accounts Receivable department, you will play a critical role in supporting the company's financial operations and ensuring a seamless experience for customers and internal teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's accounts receivable function, including collection efforts, account maintenance, and team assistance. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams across multiple regions and gain valuable experience in AR processes, taxation, and VAT-related inquiries.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assist with collection efforts and account maintenance
- Manage AR processes such as following up on overdue payments, reconciling accounts, and supporting billing for theatre operations
- Record and post daily cash receipts in SAP
- Communicate with theatres to resolve account discrepancies
- Assist in the month-end closing process and prepare credit memos
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Support payroll processes and be responsible for related inquiries
- Contribute to the overall success of the department by meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of accuracy in all tasks
What We Need From You:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with accounts receivable, AR, and payroll processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (training will be provided)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
