We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide and assist in daily office operations.
*Responsibilities*
- Assist in preparing and organizing real estate documents, agreements, and leases
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other agents
- Perform general administrative tasks such as responding to emails, and filing paperwork
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a real estate or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
