Bookkeeper- Full time on site - Guelph
Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 + RRSP + benefits + 3 weeks vacation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Customer invoicing
- AR collections
- Processing and filing of Customer remittances
- Filing of POs/packing slips
- Filing/entering vendor invoices
- Job costing/allocations
- Issuing payment/eft to vendors
- Vendor remittances
- Vendor correspondences
- Credit card accounting and payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Monthly accruals
- Financial reporting
- Job profitability analysis
- Collecting employee timesheets
- Entering/processing payroll
- Send pay cheques
- Source deductions filing/remittance
- Employee expenses/reimbursements
Requirements
- University/college degree in related field, business/economics major an asset
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience required (2-5 years preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Time management
