The position
By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:
- Be responsible foraccurateandtimelyproduction, revenue and royalty accounting and payments.
- Process Notice of Reassessments (Hebron) and Notice of preliminary Redetermination (Hibernia/HSE) ,file Notice of Objection (NOO) and respond to NL Gov't on anyparticular mattersrelated to NOO.
- Prepare and process in SAP monthly accrual entries for offshore sales, royalties, NPI/INPI and inventory.
- Process monthly transportation cost invoices per BWTTS and transportation reclass entries.
- Gather information and prepare monthly sales invoices for offshore sales, as well as book sales entries in SAP.
- Prepare internal controlsforroyalties/revenue ratio analysis, lifted volumes/inventory control, over/underliftaccrual valuation, critical spreadsheet control).
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliation.Preparerevenue balance sheet accounts and P&L analysis for quarterly reporting.
- Prepare quarterly direct tax compliance and reporting.
- Deliver onmonthly/quarterly finance and performance reporting requirements (monthly MIS production upload for offshore assets; quarterly AC01 NOI variance analysis for royalties, over/underlift, transportation, SG&A costs).
- Support royalty inputs for internalforecast,business planning.

- A Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years experience inoil and gasupstream accounting
- IFRS knowledge required
- Experience in Production Revenue Accounting a plus
- Experience in direct tax compliance a plus
- SOX key controlsframework experience a plus
- Experience with SAP, SBC, other relevant FC tools like (FA, SPC, Blackline, etc.) a plus
- Experience from NF royalty regime and Atlantic accord will be a benefit
- Communication skills (Performance Management, Financial Reporting, Controllers, Accounting Managers)
- Digital mindset, analytical skills, data extraction, processing, presentation
