Les Marchés D'Aliments Naturels Tau are currently looking for an Accounting Technician to fill a permanent position. TAU offers a first class working environment. Under the supervision of the Finance Director, the Accounting Technician will have the following responsibilities:
- Review and enter invoices into the accounting system;
- Perform weekly payment of supplier invoices;
- Upload and reconcile weekly sales;
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations;
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable accounts;
- Prepare month-end and year-end entries;
- Assist in the quarterly analysis of various accounts;
- Assist with other accounting projects in the office.
Accounting Technician Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar position;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
