Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks to perform daily tasks
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (Xero, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Experience with budgeting and financial reporting
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
