Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, payroll and general ledger entries
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and data entry
Prepare and submit financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial analysis
Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining project files and scheduling meetings
Process invoices and payments, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
Assist with the preparation and submission audits
Provide support to the project management team, clients with effective and timely communication
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors regarding financial and administrative matters
Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient office environment
Monday to Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm3 years of Accounting and Bookkeeping experience (Construction Industry)
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
Proficient in using QuickBooks (Online + Desktop)
Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Certification in Bookkeeping or Accounting (asset)
