```Duties``` - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company - Perform account reconciliations and analysis to ensure accuracy - Process accounts payable and receivable transactions - Prepare and submit invoices to clients - Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting - Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payment of employees - Generate financial reports and statements as needed - Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc. to perform daily tasks ```Requirements``` - Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role - Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices - Proficient in using accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of payroll processing is a plus Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
