Job Duties:
- Creating and maintaining structured and efficient filing systems for both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage of company information;
- Handling sensitive company information with the utmost confidentiality, ensuring compliance with data protection policies and regulations;
- Assist with Fleet Management tasks and act as the primary point of contact for internal and external phone calls and correspondence, efficiently directing inquiries and providing accurate information
- Ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs when necessary, and maintaining an accurate inventory of company property to support uninterrupted office operations.
- Other duties as assigned by managers/supervisors
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience working in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook) with the ability to learn new software platforms.
- Knowledgeable in using a computer and other office equipment.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
