As a Customer Billing Representative at Enbridge, customer centricity will be your focus as you handle customer interactions that include customer account maintenance, data entry, investigations and billing adjustments

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
Monitor billing for residential, commercial and industrial gas accounts from a customer perspective.
Resolves meter reading and billing exceptions.
Completes billing analysis and processes adjustments, as needed.
Processes billing related service notifications.
Consults with other departments and follow-ups with customers, as required.
Supports the Contact Centres, performing account maintenance and multi-period adjustments, as required.
Assists in various departmental administrative tasks on an occasional basis.
Who You Are (Qualifications):
Minimum secondary school diploma required.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an office setting supporting a customer care and/or billing environment.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
Able to work independently and prioritize completion of numerous tasks within strict time constraints.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of attention to detail and dedication to quality results.
