Accountant
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy
- Utilize QuickBooks software for financial transactions
- Assist in corporate finance activities such as budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the finance team on various projects
Skills:
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of account reconciliation processes
- Experience in corporate finance and budgeting
- Previous work as an accounting clerk or similar role
- Familiarity with payroll procedures
- Ability to analyze accounts effectively
