Duties:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and scanning
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide information about services
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal & written). Strong command of the English language is essential
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
-A positive, professional and pleasant attitude/demeanor
-Administrative experience is an asset, but not necessarily in this specific industry (training is provided)
