**Job Summary:**
Two Bridges Accounting Limited is a small company located in Dartmouth offering full-cycle Bookkeeping and Accounting services to a range of clients in different industries.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our team for an approximate 4 month long contract and potential for extension or longer term employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, account reconciliation, financial statement preparation and utilizing accounting software such as QuickBooks Online and Sage50.
**Duties:**
- Manage company's financial transactions and general ledger
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Conduct account reconciliation on a regular basis
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records
**Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or College Dipoloma
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Online and Sage50
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Most of the work will be completed at 3 seperate client sites in Dartmouth. Some work is able to be completed remotely
-Approximately 10-20 hours of work weekly
-Compensation will be based on experience ranging from $25.00 to $28.50 hourly plus statutory 4% vacation pay
