We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team and play a key role in managing our financial records. As our Bookkeeper, you will work with our CRM reservation system, perform reconciliations, and handle GST/PST filings, ensuring our financial processes are accurate and efficient.

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records using Sage accounting software.
- Utilize our CRM reservation system to manage booking and payment data.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and file GST/PST returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Generate financial reports and summaries for management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Sage accounting software.
- Familiarity with CRM reservation systems.
- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of GST/PST regulations and experience in filing returns.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
