**Office Administrator & Bookkeeper**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper and Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of our operations. This person will also be the bookkeeper and will be required to complete the books in a timely manner.
**Duties:**
- Complete all bookkeeping using Quickbooks Online.
- Complete payroll every 2 weeks
- Book flights, onboard new employees, assist the owner with administrative tasks
**Experience:**
- Experience as a bookkeeper required
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
