Billing Administrator

The Billing Administrator will maintain accurate and complete billing records and reports. Assist with other accounting and finance functions as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
Billing admin responsibilities:
- Creating and issuing invoices to customers.
- Processing credit memos.
- Preparing account statements for customers.
- Following up on outstanding payments and answering customer queries.
- Monitoring all payments and preparing monthly billing reports.
- Managing account balances and resolving inconsistencies.
- Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports.
- Updating accounting records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balances, and customer contact information.
General accounting responsibilities:
- Assist the accounting group on various clerical duties in addition to the billing cycle, such as:
o Review of time and expense report submissions
o Assist in the preparation of purchase orders
o Follow up on unprocessed company credit card transactions
o Other general bookkeeping activities as needed, depending on the skillset and experience of the candidate
