Reports to: Business Manager
Job Summary:
The successful applicant is responsible for providing a high level of friendly, efficient customer service through the provision of information and special services to enhance the lives of the residents and their guests.
Job Duties:
- Responds to requests for information and assistance from residents, families, visitors and addresses their concerns/complaints.
- Continuously monitors video surveillance equipment and, where applicable, resident electronic check-in system.
- Ensures the smooth and effective operation of main entrance and exit points ensuring a safe, warm and courteous experience for residents and guests.
- Ensures that residents, staff and guests complete sign-in/out records.
- Creates documents such as menus, flyers, postings, etc.
- Arranges the necessary details and staff support for conferences and parties for external groups as required; arranges travel and transportation for residents where necessary.
- Performs procedures for reconciliation of resident meal census.
- Attends staff meetings and mandatory training, as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Be continually aware of, and maintain, the highest standards of professionalism by following the Company dress code and/or wearing the Company uniform.
Schedule: (22-37 hours bi-weekly) Every other weekend, Monday and Friday availability
