THE VITAL REMOTE BOOKKEEPING ROLE YOU'LL HAVE:
As our contract Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial health. Your typical day will involve recording all transactions in our accounting software, ensuring every detail is captured accurately. You will reconcile bank statements, manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports that help us make informed business decisions.
Your expertise in payroll processing and tax compliance will be vital as you assist with budget planning and forecasting. Regular audits will ensure compliance with financial policies, and your collaboration with the team will streamline financial processes, enhancing overall efficiency. From managing employee expense reports to supporting financial reviews, your role is essential to our operations!
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

Bookkeeping experience
-
3 years of experience with QuickBooks
Experience using Field Pulse and working with other trade industries would be a plus!
THE FLEXIBILITY THAT AWAITS:
This is a remote Bookkeeper role with a flexible schedule. As long as the work gets done, you can manage your time according to your needs. While you can work from home at your convenience, we do have a mandatory Monday Morning Financial Review meeting each week at 11 AM and a monthly review the first Monday after the end of the month.
