**Job Overview:**
We are a busy custom screen printing and custom promotional product company downtown Toronto. We are a friendly, casual company, we work hard and we also have fun.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Admin and Data Input professional. This role involves inputting bookkeeping information into our business software, updating our website and assisting with other administrative duties.
**Duties:**
- Input invoices, receipts and other transactions into our business software called Shopworks - we will train.
- Help with admin duties around the office
- Help with updating our website pricing, graphics and products
**Skills:**
- Proficiency in computers and data entry
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to learn new software
- Ability to problem solve and take initiative to improve things
- Bookkeeping and Administrative experience is a plus
- Any graphics experience is a plus
We are downtown at Adelaide and Sherbourne, you will be working ion our office Monday to Friday so living close or an easy commute will help.
