Accounts Payable Coordinator

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is an exciting full time opportunity to bring your detail oriented and numbers driven personality to an exciting role within the finance team.
Roles and responsibilities
- Verify the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
- Investigate payment problems while following corporate A/P policies and procedures
- Update and maintain journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions
- Perform accounts payable and administrative filing duties
- Enter accounts payable date
- Review bills to the company for potential errors and/or discrepancies
- Ensure the strict confidentiality and privacy of financial records as they relate to the organization and its business partners
- Perform other administrative duties of the finance department. All other duties as required.
