Job Description:
Reporting to the Vice-President Corporate Strategy & Enablement, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing effective and quality administrative support for the AVPs of the Corporate Strategy & Enablement team. This support includes administrative and project management support to the team.
What will you do?
Manage AVP’s short-term and long-term calendar and schedule based on a practical understanding of the business priorities
Contribute and assist the AVPs of the team with project assignments by providing administrative support and coordination, researching, and reporting as needed
Logistics coordination including booking meeting rooms, arrange catering and technology services for the AVPs of the team, and guests as required
Identify opportunities for process improvements, anticipates potential problems, and quick with shifting priorities
Arrange travel and manages expenses for the AVPs of the team
Effectively work with other EAs in scheduling and coordination for meetings and other needs
Assist in moving forward the paperless agenda, leveraging digital skills and technologies
May perform other administrative duties as required

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
