Duties:
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of transactions and balances
- Assist with auditing processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records
- Utilize Sage or other accounting software to record financial transactions and generate reports
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making
Skills:
- CPA certification is required
- Proven experience in accounting or related field
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
