Job Summary:
We are seeking a finance manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accounting, payroll, and accounts payable & receivable for a business with approximately $3 million in annual revenue.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts, including accounting, payroll, account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Implement cost management strategies to optimize expenses
Maintain relationship with our clients and suppliers
Work Closely with our CPA firm
Experience:
Quickbooks Online Experience (DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT DEMONSTRATABLE EXPERIENCE IN QUICKBOOKS.)
Proven work experience in the financial management of a small business
knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
