- Manage & oversee financial statements & reporting
- Manage & oversee month-end closure
- Manage & prepare all Payroll functions – full cycle
- Manage & oversee Accounts Receivables & Payables
- Ensure Sales Taxes, Income taxes & withholding taxes are submitted on time & accurately
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors
- Manage & Oversee and manage bank reconciliation
- Manage & Oversee special reporting
- Manage & Oversee bookkeeping functions including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
- Manage the employee insurance and benefits plans
- Issue annual T4s and T4As, RL-1 Summaries on time
- Manage & oversee all government requests
- Daily Office Management
As our ideal candidate: Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in same field Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, outlook etc.),
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset but not a must Detail oriented Excellent communication skills both written and spoken in English & French

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

- Montréal-Ouest, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
