Regular shifts will be on:
- Monday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Tuesday: 9:00 am - 5:30 pm
- Friday: 10:30 am – 2:30 pm
Responsibilities and Duties
You have an awesome attitude to:
- Take initiative, multi-task, respond quickly and be a solutions maker in a fast-moving environment.
- Take the daily customer orders at the office, print invoices, packing slips and distribution labels on daily basis.
- Develop a connection with our retail customers and follows up on late accounts in accordance with established procedures.
- The first point of contact for our community from receiving guests at our office to incoming calls and answering online or email inquiries.
- Be an Ace on the team to provide support to the owner, and office team.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Performs other related duties as required.
- Coordinate office activities.
- Monitor internal processes.
- Archive and organize documents in general.
- Deal with customer complaints.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

- College or Undergraduate degree preferred.

Teleworking Information
- This is NOT a remote position.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $18.00 per hour (Following 3 months of successful completion of probation, $19.00 hourly).
