We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting team.
We are a leading employment agency in GTA, and most of our clients are Fortune 500 Companies.

This position will report to the Accounting Manager/Payroll Manager, and the ideal candidate for this position is a quick learner and a high achiever with a positive attitude who is looking for an excellent job opportunity in which they can thrive and integrate quickly into our team-based environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Enter personnel information for the newly hired employee
- Issue Record of Employment when separations
- Collect timesheet, and enter hours to process the payroll on a Biweekly basis
- Follow up on payroll issue
- Answer questions from Services Canada and employees
- Other job duties assigned
Requirements:
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Good sense of numbers and impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Good time management to meet the payroll deadline
