As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join out finance team and support our financial operations.

Your Future Role:
The Assistant Controller will oversee the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and supporting the company’s overall financial health. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and working collaboratively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of the annual budget and forecasts.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to audit inquiries.
- Collaborate with applicable management in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Monitor and reconcile bank statements and ensure timely and accurate bank deposits.
- Assist in managing the company’s fixed assets and inventory accounting.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial and operational initiatives.
What You Bring to The Team:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
