Hours: Monday-Friday, Day Shift
Job Summary:
Create and submit client invoices with accordance to the client service agreement with high accuracy, under strict timelines, and be compliant with company policies and procedures
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify system-generated invoicing amounts and ensure compliance with the service agreement
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve any client invoicing related issues
- Communicate with other billing team members and the operations team to verify and resolve any invoicing related issues
- Other invoicing duties as required
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong proficiency in MS Office computer operating systems specifically in Excel and TMW (Truckmate)
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to establish and maintain company processes and procedures
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- General knowledge of basic accounting principals considered an asset
