Vision Care Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated individual possessing exemplary office administration skills to fill the role of Office Assistant. The responsibilities encompass the meticulous maintenance, preparation, and processing of various general administrative tasks within an established system. Ideal candidates should exhibit a keen attention to detail, exceptional organizational expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to work autonomously as needed. Moreover, adeptness in prioritizing time-sensitive requests and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor is essential.
This position requires on-site presence, scheduled from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Demonstrate proactive self-motivation.
· Ordering, restocking, and management of inventory.
· Receive, inspect, and methodically organize orders.
· Prepare and dispatch packages for patients via a nearby postal facility.
· Prepare, process, and email receipts.
· Maintain an established filing system.
· Assist the Optician with miscellaneous tasks, including file retrieval for appointments, scanning, and promptly responding to phone calls and texts.
· Manage credits, invoices, and reconcile statements.
· Organize and archive completed eyewear orders.
Required Experience:
· College Diploma or University Degree preferred
· Demonstrates a high level of detail orientation and multitasking capability.
· Previous administrative experience, preferably within a medical setting.
· Optical experience preferred.
· Proficient in computer operations with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
