**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle data entry tasks, and assist with accounting functions.
**Duties:**
- Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account management tasks
- Support payroll processing and budgeting activities
- Handle accounts payable tasks and assist with account analysis
- Conduct account reconciliation using Sage50 accounting software
- Sundry Activities
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Sage50
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation, payroll processes, budgeting, and accounts payable
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
