Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, oversee general office operations, and ensure smooth communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Cold calling
Manage general administrative activities such as mail distribution, filing, and report preparation.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
Provide support to team members regarding administrative tasks.
Collaborate with various departments to meet company goals.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration and customer service.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with office management systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience in the immigration industry is an asset but not required.

Pay: $34,045.45-$49,981.32 per year
