Monday to Thursday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
The applicant must have completed a University degree and have a minimum of one year post graduate experience preferably in Business related field.
In addition the applicant must have:
- High Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computer Skills
- High Proficiency reading and writing skills
- Ability to write professional letters and emails.
- Ability to problem solve IT technical computer issues
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Highly proficient in completing tasks as per deadlines
- Highly proficient in critical thinking skills and multi-tasking skills
- Complete tasks from commencement to the completion
- Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner
- Be able to take initiative
- Be professional at all times
- Flexible to work the occasional evening during the week if required (not often).

The role will involve working closely with the CEO and other upper management staff to ensure that the "day to day" college operations and other business operations are high standards. The individual will be responsible to run errands and therefore, the individual MUST drive.
