Your duties may include:
- Answering phones and greeting clients with a smile
- Arranging meetings and events
- General office matters and administrative duties
- Social Media tasks
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable duties
- Perform bank and account reconciliations
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate payments
- Utilize accounting software to maintain financial records
- Assist with general accounting clerk duties
Your experience will include:
- Proven experience in a fast past office
- Proficiency accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage
- Strong understanding of account reconciliation processes
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis
To fulfill this role you will need to be able to work in a fast paced environment, a great communicator and well presented. Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to meet deadlines are critical.
