Job Title: Executive Assistant

Client Overview: We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed client who is seeking a Rockstar Executive Assistant to partner with one of their top Executives.
Job Description: As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting executive functions and facilitating smooth operations within the company. This position requires flexibility, as you will work primarily on a hybrid schedule with 1-2 days in the office and the possibility of attending additional events or meetings as needed.
What You Will Do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a Senior Executive.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and ensure all engagements are executed smoothly.
- Attend conferences and meetings, sometimes on behalf of the executive, ensuring professional representation of the company.
- Handle ad hoc tasks such as posting on social media and running errands, necessitating a vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data management as needed.
What You Bring:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within the real estate, construction, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments.
- Professional presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for work-related tasks.
