Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk

Acden is currently accepting applications for one (1) Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerk with a sharp focus for details and a knack for problem solving. Based out of the Acden Headquarters in the Taiganova Industrial Eco Park, Fort McMurray, AB.

What would your role entail?
You will be in a multi-faceted position responsible for various coordination and administration tasks within the Accounts Department while also supporting the payroll and operation functions of Acden Environment.
What are the main duties?
- Oversee and complete billing cycles.
- Verify and enter data into the TRUX software system.
- Prepare invoices for customers.
- Assist in collection of aged accounts receivables.
- Process employee daily timesheets for payroll via Drop Box and Manusonics.
- Assist in preparing vendor invoices for Management approval and to track supplier invoices via spreadsheets.
- Open and distribute mail and respond to email and telephone inquiries with respect to payroll issues.
- Maintaining various spreadsheets for payroll and operations support.
What does Acden need from me?
- Required: Three (3) years of administration experience with a focus in numerical data.
- Required: Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook). Must complete excel test with a score of 75% or higher.
- Required: Highattention to detail and accuracy; takes ownership to prevent errors. Must be able to complete attention to details test with a highly proficient or expert level result.
- Required: Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Asset: Business/ Office Administration Diploma or equivalent
- Asset: Progressive accounting experience/education.
- Asset: Experience in TRUX and/or Fieldglass.
