Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Clerk will provide support to the Titan team. You will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from being the primary on a busy phone system to basic bookkeeping. This position will need to interact well with both customers and the internal team members.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Primary on a busy phone system
Answer basic customer inquiries and redirect calls appropriately
Maintain files and company records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Provide back up and support to the Service Advisor role
Prepare forms & templates as needed
Assists in the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Complete basic account reconciliations
Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks
Perform other office duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
High attention to detail
Knowledge of general office procedures
Mature with a proven ability to work as a team member
Proficiency in computer programs
Ability to manage the social media and do weekly content
Familiarity with basic accounting principles
Previous experience with Service Titan software although not a prerequisite would be an asset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
