Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a full-time experienced office receptionist/assistant for a busy, high paced HVAC office to perform variety of office duties including answering phones, email, scheduling, material ordering, quote typing, and filing.
The ideal candidate should have experience as a admin assistant, sales coordinator, or office assistant.
You will also be working closely with the installation and sales team.
Responsibilities include answering phones, filing, scanning etc. Must have previous experience in a similar position. Knowledge of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication is a must.

Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling and invoicing
- Sorting and sending mail
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Handling communications with clients in a professional manner
We are located close to Keele and Lawrence and parking is available on site.
You must be available from Monday to Friday, between 8:00am - 5:00pm.
