Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team either full-time or part-time. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks online. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in account analysis, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the company's financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
- Handle payroll processing
- Assist with financial reporting and budget preparation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliation processes
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience working with NPO/Charity
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $27.00 per hour
