Key Objectives of this Role:
- Manage and oversee the accounts payable function, including but not limited to supplier invoice entry, credit card receipt entry, preparing payments to vendors, and entering employees’ expense receipts for reimbursement.
- Review monthly statements from suppliers and proactively examine Accounts Payable records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to rectify any discrepancies and maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Monitor Accounts Payable email inboxes and promptly process all incoming emails.
- Maintain up-to-date A/P files, ensuring timely processing of invoices and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Actively embody the company values and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Complete any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor and adhere to contract terms while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Qualifications:
- Education in finance or accounting with a solid understanding of basic financial practices.
- 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience and responsibilities.
- Previous experience using accounting software such as Sage or QuickBooks.
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to communicate professionally via email.
- Prior experience in bank reconciliations is highly desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
