We have an immediate opening for an accounts payable clerk / office assistant at our office in Vernon, BC. This is a temporary position covering leave.

Requirements:
- Accuracy, speed and attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Sage 50, Microsoft (Word, Outlook) as well as Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Can-do attitude, and the desire to provide great customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently
- Office background and previous AP experience an asset
The successful candidate will be processing daily transactions accurately and in a timely manner. They must be precise, dedicated, adaptable and be able to work comfortably in Sage Accounting, Excel and Google Sheets. They will cross train in accounts receivable and accounts payable. History in the service industry is an asset, however we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a 0.5 to 0.75 position to start, with the possibility of additional hours from time to time. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
