You will be responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, and compliance to support our company's growth and financial stability.
Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Participate in the company's annual budgeting process and provide regular financial forecasts.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, to identify trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Cost Control: Implement cost control measures and optimize financial processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Accounting and Reporting:
- Financial Statements: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Month-end and Year-end Close: Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and coordinate with external tax advisors.
Financial Operations:
- Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and collections.
- Payroll: Manage payroll processing and compliance, including deductions and remittances.
Compliance and Controls:
- Internal Controls: Develop and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including reporting requirements and statutory filings.
Team Leadership:
- Team Management: Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
Audit and External Relationships:
- Audits: Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors to ensure a smooth audit process.
- Bank and Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and partners.
Strategic Finance:
- Financial Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Required skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA designation preferred).
- 7+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
