Employment Type: 6-Month Contract / Full Time Permanent
Location: Toronto
Reports to: Manager, HR & Admin Department
Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of administrative tasks that are in support of Senior Management’s regular work
- Drive and maintain the company’s vehicle to perform given duties in good and timely manner
- Manage office property and workplace arrangement, including pantry stuff, stationery, in-coming/out-going mails, couriers, office machines, etc.
- Manage fixed asset purchasing, transfer and disposal
- Process invoices of office expenses related to Head Office
- Coordinate in meetings and delegation visits
- Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- A high level of tact and integrity due to the nature of the position
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines (high level of organization)
- Suppport basic and non-sensitive HR information administration
- Must possess a valid full G driver license and have a good record, 10+ years of driving experience is preferred
- Able to work at variable works
- Have a strong desire to add value to the company you work for
- English and Chinese bilingual is an asset
