What will you be doing?
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Accounting Clerk at one of our prominent clients working with Prime Group of Companies in Mississauga, ON. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for tasks related to bookkeeping, finance, and accounting. This includes using accounting software, working knowledge of QuickBooks, preparing financial statements, and other accounting duties as assigned.

- A strong attention to detail, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excellent organizational skills.
- Skilled multi-level communicator.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at various levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills— and comfortability using data to support decision making.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills with an ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Reliable transportation.

- Accounting Software and Bookkeeping skills.
- Proficiency in billing, invoicinbg and bank deposits.
- Intermediate to advanced level of knowledge for QuickBooks.
- Experience in finance and accounting.
- Ability to create financial statements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canadian accounting standards and regulations.
