Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration and Bookkeeper at MG Home Design Inc located in Etobicoke, ON. The Administration and Bookkeeper will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to financial management and bookkeeping. This includes maintaining financial statements, performing bookkeeping duties, utilizing accounting software, managing finances, and creating journal entries. And other admin duties as required such as preparing Customs Invoices. And responding to emails.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of financial statements, bookkeeping principles, and accounting software, Preferably Sage 50 Canadian Edition
- Experience in managing finances and creating journal entries
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Diploma Business Administration in Accounting, or bookkeeping certification related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently and under supervision
- Attention to details and to deliver work error free
Note: this Job will be 100% in the office, with validation to work Hybrid
