Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic financial team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and accounting principles, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Conduct financial auditing to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct account reconciliations to maintain accurate cash flow records.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Service Titan.
- Collaborate with all departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
- Maintain organized financial records for documentation for audits and reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience with business that is running 10 million plus
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role in financial services.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks and Service Titan) is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Working alongside operations for invoicing purposes.

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
