Job Overview
Seeking a highly organized individual with full-cycle bookkeeping skills for a busy plumbing office. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in office management software, including QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle bookkeeping including: All aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Payroll.
- Answering telephone and scheduling.
- HR duties
- All aspects of office administration including maintaining accurate filing systems, correspondence and quote submissions, tracking projects and expenses
- Administrative support to management and technicians
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience in construction industry an asset
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office suite including strong Excel skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Human Resources experience an asset
- Health and Safety / COR experience an asset
- Excellent computer skills with ability to learn new software, manage basic network
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
