Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper/Data Entry Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Maintaining database by entering new and updated information
- Processing source documents and reviewing data for deficiencies
- Light bookkeeping tasks such as Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- General office duties as required
Requirements:
- Proficient in using Excel, Word, Outlook
- Bookkeeping 1-year recent experience or equivalent education
- Knowledge of NetSuite preferred but not necessary, equivalent experience will be considered
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Self-motivated individual
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Team player who is easy going, flexible and adaptable to changing work environment
- Valid BC Driver’s License
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
