Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Payroll Administrator. As a Customer Service Representative/Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and provide assistance
- Conduct bi-weekly payroll, includes payroll deductions, WSIB deductions, ensure payroll is recorded accurately.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Enter and Process Invocies and Bills as required
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns or escalate complex issues as needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Proven ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Quickbooks Experience is a must
- Minimum 1 year experience as a CSR
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service best practices
