1. Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
2. Filing and assisting with important documents, such as reports, meeting notes, emails, and letters
3. Keeping the executives calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings
4. Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
5. Conducting research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
6. Planning and organizing events that take place externally, such as internal fundraisers, sporting tournaments, and appreciation events
7. Keeping important information and documents organized physically and electronically
8. Maintaining a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
9. Docketing of timesheets for partners
