Our client is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/ Administrative Assistant with an eye for details and exceptional oral and written communication skills. With offices conveniently located in Yorkville,
Position Purpose: To provide reception support, filing and archiving of candidate applications and supporting documents; and assist with other examination processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Performing filing of applications and documents, at various stages of the certification process including archiving and preparation of files for off-site storage.
2. Assisting the receptionist with processing of incoming mail, courier packages; providing reception relief by attending to and directing incoming calls, emails, visitors; and providing information to candidates on the certification process.
3. Supporting examination processes by scanning of candidate photos; assisting with sending of bulk candidate emails; and assisting with entry of candidate application forms.
4. Assist with other duties, as assigned.

9. Computer proficiency and experience:
· Intermediate to advanced level in MS Windows environment including electronic file management, Word, Excel and Outlook
· Advanced level data entry skills preferred
· Relational database (R:Base) – will train
Expertise and Experience Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma graduate
